Cyprus 2011

Here are just a few photos of the first week of our 2011 Line & Partner Dancing Holidays to Cyprus that departed from the UK on 27th March for 7 and 14 nights of danced-filled days and nights! This annual event is always accompanied by Mathilde Robert, MD at Planet Holidays. It is one of her favourite trips overseas and there's nothing she loves more than meeting up with regular customers who have participated in the Line Dancing holiday for years!
In addition to daily workshops and dancing every night, there's also a weekly fancy-dress evening. This year, the first week had a 'Pirates' theme (Mathilde was there to take photos!) and 'Pyjamas' was the second week's theme. We have not yet seen the pictures but we heard every one had a great laugh!

Our Line & Partner Dancing holidays are held at the lovely 4-Star LOUIS IMPERIAL BEACH HOTEL in Paphos, Cyprus where participants have exclusive use of a fab room with a huge and perfect parquet dance floor. Our customers are given Sea View rooms (at no supplement), Half Board is included and so is Car Hire!

Daily workshops take place for a couple of hours every morning. Then, from 8pm 'til midnight, the dance floor takes on a vibrant party atmosphere, again accompanied by the sounds of Kalvin Finch's great dance music collection! Kalvin (from M.I.B, Men in Black) is a fully qualified dance instructor who has been teaching for over 10 years – you can definitely tell he loves his job! Popular dance music and special requests are included every night, there's often the chance to participate in dancing competitions, win prizes, and have amazing photographs taken.
